Why The Circle Exists
Jonathan Keim founded Group Coaching Weekly to create a shared space where people learn, practice, and grow together. At the heart of it is The Circle, a weekly group coaching experience where members build practical skills, reflect together, and form meaningful connections over time.

Most people do not fail to grow because they lack insight or effort. They struggle because insight fades without structure, and effort collapses without support.
Change rarely sticks when it relies on motivation alone.
Without a steady rhythm, accountability, and a place to think out loud, even the most meaningful intentions get crowded out by daily life.
What we do not revisit, we do not integrate.
Group Coaching Weekly is built around that reality.
It provides a consistent framework for learning, reflection, and application so growth does not depend on willpower, personality, or being on.
It becomes part of how you live, not something you try to maintain.
