You're not failing.
You're just not where you thought you'd be.

From the outside it looks like progress. The books, the goals, the work. But you can feel the gap between the life you're living and the one you keep meaning to build. More effort hasn't closed it. Lately it's gotten wider.

Does any of this sound like you?

  • You've outgrown a version of your life, but the next one hasn't shown up yet.
  • You keep setting the same goals, then quietly resetting them.
  • You're surrounded by advice and still not sure which thread to pull first.
  • Something has to change, and you've known it a while.
  • You're working harder than you used to, and moving slower.

A year from now, the books on the shelf will be different and the feeling will be the same. That's the real cost of waiting. Not that things get worse, but that they stay exactly like this.

It was never a discipline problem. You've been answering the same questions that built the life you already have. Different questions build a different one: clarity instead of noise, motion instead of circling, a future that finally feels like yours.

That's what's inside the guide: 14 of them, one for each area of your life, the same questions that start every transformation we lead.

I've spent a decade studying how people actually change

Hi, I'm Jonathan Keim, founder of Group Coaching Weekly and author of Power Values. Before this, I spent more than a decade helping build and scale the coach-training world from the inside. I was instrumental in launching and growing Robbins-Madanes Training, Tony Robbins' official school for training life coaches, and the Coaching Institute, work that supported training pathways connected to more than 15% of the world's certified coaches.

A decade of that taught me something simple. People don't change by reading more books or collecting more answers. They change when they're asked the right question and given the structure to work with. My approach is process-based, not guru-based. The right process helps you reach your own wisdom instead of borrowing mine.

Jonathan Keim, founder of Group Coaching Weekly

The 14 questions in this guide come from that work. They're the same questions we move through inside Group Coaching Weekly every week. Today they're yours, free.

Experience The Shift

Most people do not fail to grow because they lack insight or effort. They struggle because insight fades without structure, and effort collapses without support.

Change rarely sticks when it relies on motivation alone.

Without a steady rhythm, accountability, and a place to think out loud, even the most meaningful intentions get crowded out by daily life.

What we do not revisit, we do not integrate.

Group Coaching Weekly is built around that reality.

It provides a consistent framework for learning, reflection, and application so growth does not depend on willpower, personality, or being on.

It becomes part of how you live, not something you try to maintain.
