JONATHAN KEIM
Jonathan Keim is a coach, facilitator, and writer focused on helping people think more clearly about what matters, and build lives that reflect it.

His work centers on values, decision making, and the environments that support real, sustainable growth. Over time, one pattern became clear. Insight alone rarely changes anything. People grow when they have space to reflect, language to understand themselves, and others to grow alongside.
Jonathan was instrumental in the launch of Robbins-Madanes Training, where he now serves as Chief Development Officer. His background includes years of work in curriculum development and program design at both Robbins-Madanes Training and the Coaching Institute, contributing to coach education and training programs used by thousands of students worldwide. He is a Master Level Coach.
Through this work, Jonathan has collaborated with experienced coaches, trainers, and leaders across a wide range of methodologies and teaching environments. That exposure consistently reinforced one truth. Growth lasts when it is practiced over time, grounded in clear frameworks, and supported by community.
His book, Power Values, emerged from this understanding. It was created to help people identify what truly drives their choices, priorities, and internal conflicts. Rather than prescribing goals or strategies, the work focuses on understanding values as a living hierarchy that shapes how people relate to their lives.
The Circle grew from the same philosophy. Jonathan facilitates Group Coaching Weekly as a steady, grounded space where people are not performing or proving anything, but practicing clarity, reflection, and connection over time.
This work is not about becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself more clearly, and having a place to continue that understanding in practice.
