This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is offered by Visioneer LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Group Coaching Weekly (“Group Coaching Weekly,” “GCW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Group Coaching Weekly is a brand of Visioneer LLC and not a separate legal entity. This Policy applies to all programs, courses, and services sold by GCW and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, you agree to this Policy. If this Policy conflicts with any statement on a sales page, checkout page, email, or video, this Policy controls unless we have agreed otherwise in a signed writing.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase date. No explanation or proof of participation is required.
You may request a refund of the program fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase date, provided you have made a good-faith effort to participate, for example by attending your intro call or starting the first module. If you are on a payment plan, we will refund the installments you have paid and cancel all remaining installments.
Unless the checkout page for a program states otherwise in writing, every GCW program is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee measured from your purchase date.
Email support@groupcoachingweekly.com from your purchase email address with your full name, the program purchased, and the words “Refund Request.” Your request must be received within the applicable 14-day period, measured in your local time. Requests submitted any other way, or after the deadline, are not eligible.
If you purchased through one of our authorized partners, submit your request to that partner using the support contact on your receipt.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we'll work to resolve the issue quickly. Filing a chargeback while a refund is available, or after receiving one, may result in immediate termination of access to all GCW programs. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that do not comply with this Policy.
We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, including repeated purchase-and-refund activity, downloading or sharing materials with the intent to request a refund, or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Sharing account access or redistributing program materials voids eligibility for a refund.
"Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the program as offered by GCW, that is, for as long as GCW continues to offer that program and operate the platform on which it is delivered. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser. We may update, reorganize, replace, or retire program content at any time. If we discontinue a program or cease operations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, and we may, at our discretion, provide materials in an alternative format or offer access to a comparable program. Discontinuation of a program after the applicable refund period does not entitle you to a refund.
Our money-back guarantee is a limited refund policy only. It is not a promise or warranty of any personal, emotional, psychological, physical, relational, financial, career, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort. Our programs are educational and are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Requesting or receiving a refund does not waive, limit, or terminate any provision of our Terms & Conditions, including No Guarantees, Not Professional Advice, Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk, Intellectual Property, Release and Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law and Venue. Those provisions survive any refund.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect on your purchase date applies to that purchase.
