Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Reimagine Your Future may be offered with a limited money-back guarantee if expressly stated on the checkout page or sales page at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, eligible participants may request a refund within 15 days of purchase by emailing support@groupcoachingweekly.com with their name, purchase email, and refund request.

To be eligible for a refund, you may be required to show that you made a genuine effort to participate in the course, such as completing the introductory materials, engaging with the assigned exercises, or submitting any required reflection work described on the sales page.

Refunds are limited to the amount actually paid for the course and do not include third-party fees, optional add-ons, coaching services, live events, payment processing costs, or other products or services unless expressly stated in writing.

The money-back guarantee does not create any promise of a particular personal, emotional, physical, relational, financial, career, or life outcome. It is solely a limited refund policy. Your eligibility for a refund does not waive or limit the Disclaimer, Participant Responsibility, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, or any other terms governing your participation in the course.

Refund requests submitted after the stated refund period, or outside the stated refund conditions, may be denied.
